JakartaBicara, Depok – Puluhan siswa miskin di Kota Depok terancam putus sekolah, lantaran Kebijakan Gubernur Jawa Barat (Jabar) Ridwan Kamil yang membatasi siswa miskin untuk bisa belajar di sekolah negeri. Hal itu di utarakan Dewan Kesehatan Rakyat (DKR) Kota Depok, Roy Pangharapan kepada sejumlah awak media, Selasa 21/06/2022.
Roy menjelaskan, pihaknya (DKR-red) mendapat laporan dan keluhan dari berapa orang tua siswa miskin, yang anaknya tidak diterima di sekolah negeri.
Para calon siswa miskin tersebut diantaranya adalah SMA Negeri 1 Kota Depok ada 1 siswa, SMAN 4 ada 1 siswa, SMAN 14 ada 9 siswa dan SMAN 9 ada 1 siswa. Selanjutnya untuk SMKN 1 ada 2 siswa, SMKN 2 ada 1 siswa, SMKN 3 ada 12 siswa.
“Sudah ada sekitar 27 siswa miskin yang gagal masuk sekolah negeri SMA dan SMK jalur afirmasi dari keluarga ekonomi tidak mampu”, ungkap Roy. Selasa 21/06/2022.
Bahkan diantaranya lanjut Roy, ada beberapa anak yatim, dan Ini semua akibat adanya pembatasan siswa miskin oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil, yang hanya menerima 15 persen siswa miskin di setiap sekolah negeri di Jawa Barat ini.
“Kebijakan Gubernur Jabar itu melanggar UUD 1945 pasal 31 ayat (4) dan UU No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 49 ayat (1). Konstitusi sudah menegaskan fakir miskin jadi tanggung jawab negara, dan alokasi anggaran pendidikan sudah jelas perintahnya”, tutur Roy.
Menurut Roy, seharusnya sekolah negeri membuka pintu seluas-luasnya untuk siswa miskin, karena keluarga miskin menjadi tanggung jawab negara, dalam hal ini Pemerintah Jabar dan sekolah negeri 100 persen dibiayai oleh negara.
“Sudah ada alokasi dana yang atas perintah Undang-undang wajib disediakan 20 persen dari anggaran negara sesuai amanat UUD 1945 pasal 31 ayat (4) dan UU No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 49 ayat (1). Kok masih ada siswa miskin yang tidak bisa sekolah? Kemana anggaran tersebut?”, tanyanya geram.
DKR berharap agar ada kebijakan dari Gubernur Jabar, Ridwan Kamil untuk segera mengakomodir semua siswa miskin agar diterima di sekolah negeri, tutupnya. (MSM Jabar)
