JakartaBicara, Maluku – Kepala Kepolisian Daerah Maluku, Irjen Pol Drs. Lotharia Latif, SH., M.Hum, melaksanakan ziarah di Taman Makam Pahlawan (TMP) Kapahaha, Kota Ambon, Rabu (29/6/2022).

Ziarah dan tabur bunga yang mewarnai peringatan HUT ke-76 Bhayangkara ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk penghormatan atas jasa para Pahlawan.

Kapolda saat melakukan ziarah dan tabur bunga di TMP pada pagi hari tadi didampingi oleh Ketua Bhayangkari Daerah Maluku beserta para pejabat utama Polda Maluku, dan Kapolresta Ambon.

“Ziarah makam Pahlawan dilakukan sebagai bentuk penghormatan atas jasa-jasa mereka yang telah berjuang merebut kemerdekaan maupun mempertahankan dan mengisi kemerdekaan,” kata Kapolda Maluku, Lotharia Latif.

Ziarah TMP hari ini juga dilakukan untuk memotivasi personil Polri, khususnya di Maluku, untuk terus mengabdi kepada nusa dan bangsa tanpa pamrih.

“Ziarah TMP ini kami lakukan dalam rangka menyambut HUT Bhayangkara yang akan jatuh pada 1 Juli 2022 mendatang,” pungkasnya.
