Dari 93 personil Bintara Polda Gorontalo yang naik pangkat, diantaranya naik dari pangkat semula yaitu dari Bripka menjadi Aipda 23 personel, dari Brigadir menjadi Bripka 19 personel, dari Briptu menjadi Brigpol 5 personel dan Bripda menjadi Briptu 14 personel.
Adapun dari golongan perwira, diantaranya naik dari pangkat semula dari Kompol menjadi Akbp 4 personel, dari Akp menjadi Kompol 5 personel dari Ipda ke Iptu 3 personel.
Dalam amanatnya Kapolda Gorontalo Irjen Pol. Helmy Santika, SH., SIK., M.Si menyampaikan bahwa pemberian kenaikan Pangkat bagi Anggota Polri merupakan satu program pembinaan terhadap personel Polri.
“Pemberian kenaikan Pangkat bagi Anggota Polri ini merupakan satu program pembinaan untuk personel Polri yang dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan beberapa faktor penilaian, seperti masa pengabdian yang sudah mencukupi, dedikasi, moralitas serta kinerja dalam mengabdikan dirinya pada Institusi.” Ujar Helmy.
